All appsDo I need an account?
Suffice, Sated, Caloma and Hearken work without an account. Sign in with Apple is optional and only fills in your name. BigTable uses an account (Sign in with Apple or email) because your household, recipes and plans live on BigTable’s servers so everyone in the family can see them.
All appsHow do my devices stay in sync?
Suffice, Sated, Caloma and Hearken sync through your own iCloud. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account on each device and that iCloud is turned on for the app in Settings › [your name] › iCloud. BigTable syncs through your BigTable account.
Suffice · CalomaHow do I share with my partner?
Invite them from Household in Suffice or from Family in Caloma. They accept on their own iPhone, and the shared budget or family then syncs between both of your iCloud accounts. Either of you can stop sharing at any time.
BigTableWhat does BigTable Pro include, and how do I cancel?
BigTable Pro raises the limits on AI meal planning and grocery generation and unlocks scanning recipes from photos, pages and links, plus grocery list history. Subscriptions are billed by Apple; manage or cancel them in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. To restore a purchase, open BigTable Pro and tap Restore.
Sated · SufficeWhy don’t I see the coach or Ask Suffice?
These features use your iPhone’s built-in AI, which runs entirely on the device. They need iPhone 15 Pro or newer with Apple Intelligence turned on. On other devices they’re hidden, and everything else in the app works as usual.
SatedDoes Sated use Apple Health?
Only if you allow it. When you connect Apple Health, Sated can share the nutrition you log with it. You can change this any time in the Health app under Sharing › Apps › Sated.
BetasHow do I join a beta?
Suffice, Sated and Hearken are in public beta. Install Apple’s free TestFlight app from the App Store, then open the app’s invitation on your iPhone or iPad and tap Accept and Install. The Beta page at hearthapps.com/beta has the links and step-by-step instructions.
HearkenIs Hearken an official Church app?
No. Hearken is an independent study app. It is not made, sponsored or endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
All appsHow do I delete my data?
In Suffice, Sated, Caloma and Hearken, use the erase or delete option in the app’s settings; that removes the data from your device and your iCloud. In BigTable, go to Profile › Delete Account, which deletes your account and the content tied to it from BigTable’s servers. You can also email us to request deletion.
